Gainesville Co-housing Community is a neighborhood interested in providing more wildlife habitat and learning about wildlife and plants in the area. Residents are documenting plants and animals in Gainesville Co-housing and in a nearby natural area with the iNaturalist program and their iNaturalist project can be found here. They are also interested in creating more wildlife habitat throughout this area. The Gainesville Co-housing Community is part of the Neighborhood Natural Area Network, a collaboration between University of Florida scientists, IFAS extension, and residents in the community.
