    Neighborhood Natural Area Network

    Neighborhood Natural Area Network

Hundred Acre Hollows' Neighboring Communities Network

The Hundred Acre Hollows' Neighboring Communities Network is a community interested in providing more wildlife habitat and learning about wildlife and plants in the area. Residents are documenting plants and animals in the Hundred Acres Hollows area and surrounding neighborhoods with the iNaturalist program and their iNaturalist project can be found here. They are also interested in creating more wildlife habitat through restoration projects both in the neighborhoods and in the Hundred Acre Hollow. The Hundred Acre Hollows' Neighboring Communities Network is part of the Neighborhood Natural Area Network, a collaboration between University of Florida scientists, IFAS extension, and residents in neighborhoods throughout Florida. To learn more about this community and joining the network, contact Mark Hostetler.
